Who it is for

Small and mid-sized companies with orders, stages and teams.

Manufacturing, maintenance, technical services, repair shops and logistics. The pilot works best when a process today depends on spreadsheets, messages or a few key people.

How the pilot works

90 to 120 days, one workflow, with agreed success criteria.

Scope, goals and responsibilities are written in the pilot plan, signed by both companies.

  1. Conversation and setupTogether we choose the process and the goals. Verding maps the workflow, configures the platform and trains key users.
  2. Supported useYour team uses the platform in real work, with business-day support and a monthly feedback meeting.
  3. Closing and decisionWe deliver a workflow indicators report, and each company decides whether to continue.

Key terms

Clear rules before we start.

The Pilot Agreement is a business-to-business contract, with no equity, exclusivity or agency relationship.

Term and scope

90 to 120 days, with one possible extension of up to 60 days. One workflow defined in the pilot plan; changes only in writing.

A clear start, middle and end

Continuing is optional

At the end, each company decides whether to move to a contract. If either side declines, the pilot ends with no penalty or compensation.

No purchase commitment

Your data is yours

Your company is the controller and Verding is the processor under Brazil's LGPD, with a data processing agreement. At the end, export as CSV or spreadsheet and deletion within 30 days.

Control and portability

Confidentiality

Non-public information from both companies stays confidential during the pilot and for 3 years after. Your name, logo or a case study only with your written approval.

Disclosure only if you want it

Validation phase

The platform is provided as is, with no service level agreement. We recommend keeping your current controls in parallel while the pilot plan says so.

Transparency about the product stage

Intellectual property

The platform and its improvements belong to Verding, which may use suggestions to improve the product. Your company's data and reports belong to your company.

If you decide to continue, you join on exclusive terms.

Available to partners who complete the pilot and sign up within 30 days after it ends. Price list values are shared in the first conversation.

ImplementationWaived for the workflows already set up in the pilot.
Subscription40% off the current price list for the first 12 months.
PricePrice list locked for up to 24 months, adjusted yearly only by Brazil's IPCA inflation index.

These terms are personal and non-transferable and apply to the scope contracted at conversion. The program does not include exclusivity, lifetime discounts, equity or custom development.
